Your Facilitator
Facilitators are your first line of contact, source of updates, recommendations, and understanding of the limitations and benefits of spiritual healing on AIM. Facilitators have strong and diverse backgrounds to assist you and can be a tremendous resource. Facilitators cannot have conversations with you about medical issues, so please be respectful of this policy when you visit with them. If you are a Participant and unsure of who your facilitator is, please email us at info@energeticmatrix.com.

Newsletters
As an AIM participant, you will be sent an email or printed newsletter four times a year. These newsletters are packed with articles from the founders of EMC˛ about how to maximize your experience on the AIM program of Energetic Balancing.

Replay Line
You can call the replay line any time, 24/7 and listen to our collection of recorded conference calls with Stephen Lewis, Evan Slawson and Roberta Hladek. To hear the latest information call 620-294-1311. Wayne Dyer's endorsement of the AIM program of Energetic Balancing is especially of interest if you are new to the AIM program.

The "Sanctuary" book (paperback or audio book)
Many AIM participants report a new and clearer understanding when they read the book Sanctuary: The Path to Consciousness. Sanctuary is the story of Jane, a fictional character, who uses energetic balancing to heal herself. The story is written as a novel and represents the life work of Stephen Lewis. As your consciousness and vibration changes, so does your understanding of what "lights up" for you as you re-read Sanctuary.


INNER RESOURCES:

The inner resources may be the most important resources you can utilize while on the AIM Energetic Balancing program. Have fun with these suggestions, try out new ideas, and find your own unique "mix" of participation in your own life.

Gratitude
Stephen Lewis, the co-author of Sanctuary, tells us that the most powerful support for your participation in your own healing is gratitude. In any situation, it's always possible to find something to be grateful for, even if it's just that you are alive and breathing in the middle of what you are experiencing. You may wish to start a gratitude journal where you write down every evening or morning all that you are grateful for. Practice an attitude of gratitude. This simple process supports the healing process at its highest level.

Become Aware
Be an active participant in your own process. Start writing down what is changing in your life whether it is physical, emotional, mental or spiritual. You may be drawn to read certain books, hang out around certain people, or stop placing yourself around negative energy patterns and situations. Be gentle with yourself as you detox the old habits of your life and begin to experience a fresh and exciting way to live.

Diet, Rest & Exercise
The AIM program of Energetic Balancing works best when you nourish your body with healthy foods like fresh fruits and vegetables, drink lots of water and when you get plenty of rest and exercise your body regularly. Why not use your experience of starting on AIM to be a spring board to a healthier you.

Be Open to Possibilities
Open your mind to new ways to heal yourself. If you are drawn to a book, a doctor, an acupuncturist, a chiropractor, a naturopath, a lecture, a reflexology session, a seminar, or anything that interests you, be open to the possibility that your body is wanting to heal itself. AIM is a tool to assist you in raising your consciousness to heal yourself and that raise in consciousness may lead you to other resources and people who can assist you.

Affirmations
Speaking and saying affirmations can be very powerful in your life. The following affirmations have be used by thousands of people to change their lives. Even if these affirmations seem like a stretch to say, begin to repeat them everyday. Think boldly about your future and begin to write your own affirmations. What you think and speak today, may end up being the life you live in the future. Please be very careful with your thoughts and words to make sure they line up with what you truly wish to create.

I am my own healer.
I release any imbalance.
I willingly receive all of the balancing energies.
I am detoxing old energies and restoring health and well being to my life.
I am releasing all resistance to energetic balancing.
I know everything is energy, and that anything is possible.
This too shall pass.
I allow all healing modalities to enter my life for my own well being.
I will listen to my body and respond with care and kindness.
